I am a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor and Transformation Coach who is passionate about helping you live a more authentic–and less apologetic–life.
My signature coaching program is designed to help you untie your work from your worth–and build a business that actually supports you.
My high-touch therapy is for high-achieving women seeking personal growth, trauma recovery, and inner child work.
My high-touch therapy is for high-achieving women seeking personal growth, trauma recovery, and inner child work.
If you self-identify as a perfectionist, people-pleaser, or control freak, this program is for you. I help you heal from the past, overcome burnout, and create a freedom-driven business that prioritizes your life.
The Freedom Formula is a primarily virtual program open to clients across the country, with occasional in-person events such as group retreats and coaching intensives.
Therapy is available for Tennessee residents only. I work virtually with my clients, whether they live in Nashville like me (hi neighbor!) or elsewhere in the state.
In addition to our regular virtual sessions, you have the option to schedule virtual or in-person therapy intensives.
Get support for stress, anxiety, and life transitions while fostering emotional awareness and personal growth.
Overcome burnout, perfectionism, and the constant pressure to perform through high-touch, tailored support.
Find respite and healing from past wounds through deep, focused work addressing complex trauma (C-PTSD), relational trauma, and complex childhood experiences.
Your work with me may not fall neatly into one of these three categories, and that’s okay! It’s likely we will work through a combination of these topics, since they’re often interconnected. Also, many of my clients move through different areas of focus depending on the season of life they’re in.
Work toward healing over time–and with space to process–in standard 50-minute sessions.
Go deeper with more concentrated work or address immediate concerns in longer 3-hour sessions.
Therapy is available virtually to Tennessee residents.
Therapy intensives are designed around your needs and include breaks for the bathroom, snacks, and movement.
I support high-achieving women and their growth journeys, from healing past trauma to building businesses that support their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Transformation Coach with 15 years of experience, my passion is empowering my clients to live more fully and authentically. Although I have helped hundreds of high achievers, the first high achiever I knew was myself–because I grew up believing my success would make me “enough.”
A little about my therapy style: I’m not your typical “how does that make you feel?” therapist. I am real, authentic, and straightforward–because true healing comes from us having a real relationship. At the same time, my (virtual!) office is a dedicated safe space and judgement-free environment that welcomes all parts of you to show up.

Here are some of the most common questions potential clients have. See if the answer is here but, if not, feel free to reach out!
I am real, authentic, and honest with my clients. You get to show up exactly as you are because I do the same. In our sessions, I create a warm, judgment-free space to help you feel comfortable and at ease. You and your story will never be “too much” for me.
At the same time, I’m not a passive therapist. I will be upfront with you and call out unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck. My role is to support you and challenge you when needed, with care and respect.
While some therapists integrate worksheets or structured exercises, my therapy is primarily rooted in compassionate, productive conversation. Each session builds on the last, while prioritizing your most pressing concerns.
Great question. While I can’t guarantee results to my patients, you can absolutely achieve meaningful results from virtual therapy–and I’ve watched it happen for hundreds of women. Many clients find that meeting from the comfort and safety of their own home actually deepens the work and allows for them to experience full emotional releases. With focused, trauma-informed guidance, you can achieve the same transformation as in-person therapy, often with more convenience and accessibility.
I specialize in complex trauma (C-PTSD), relational trauma, and attachment or childhood trauma. To see the complete list, feel free to visit my About page.
Yes! I offer my therapy intensives both virtually and in person. If you’re interested in an in-person one, just let me know. If you’re a new client, please fill out this form to get started.
No, I am an out-of-network provider. For therapy clients, I am happy to provide a superbill or invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider, which may result in partial reimbursement for out-of-network coverage. I do accept HSA or FSA payments from therapy clients.
My current fee is $210 per 50 minute session.
My regular therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and my therapy intensives are 3 hours long (with breaks for snacks and movement!).
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know with 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel within that time frame, the full session fee will be charged.
